Olivia Palermo is a sweet sight in shades of pink and green while taking a stroll through Brooklyn

Olivia Palermo may be a New Yorker through and through, but she is not afraid to play with a little color when it comes to her wardrobe. 

On Thursday the 34-year-old socialite, who first shot to fame on MTV’s The City, was spotted strolling in Brooklyn looking effortlessly cool in shades of green and pink.  

Rocking the playful color scheme from head-to-toe, the always elegant influencer was a sweet sight. 

Previously describing her personal style as ‘eclectic, tailored and polished,’ she wore an eye-catching emerald green fur coat with Pepto-Bismol pink sleeves by Pologeorgis for her walk by the river. 

She showed off her slim legs in a pair of slightly baggy green cargo pants that she wore with baby pink combat boots for a cohesive color palette. 

Adding a dash of elegance to the look she threw on one of the silk ‘lescarfs‘ from her brand in orange. 

Her honey-colored hair was tied back in a low bun and she tossed on some oversized sunglasses for the outing. 

Known for her impeccable taste when it comes to fashion, she looked as if she could be front row at any designer show. 

She kept protected in a face mask and walked with her phone in hand as she opted to forego a purse. 

In the spring she spoke to Vogue India about maintaining her sense of fashion for sanity throughout quarantine. 

‘I’ve been using fashion to help maintain a sense of normalcy. I try to keep the same hair and makeup as I normally would, and yes, the wardrobe may be more “casual chic” than if I was attending in-person meetings.’ 

The beauty maven recently shared that she was longing for Paris as she spends much of her typical year traveling for work.  

Despite a year filled with less jet setting, Palermo’s model husband of seven years, Johannes Huebl, treated her to a romantic Turks & Caicos vacation ahead of Christmas. 

Though a brief reprieve from the monotony of this past year, she shared on Monday that her ‘renewed energy,’ dissipated when the state of the country took a turn last week. 

Maintaining a positive outlook for 2021 the luxury brand influencer said, ‘I will not give up hope, but will continue to be optimistic about what the future holds.’
