Sharing a picture of the inking, fresh from the tattoo parlour, Nicola, wrote: ‘Best birthday gift’, clearly touched by the gesture of love.
Nicola was left devastated when her grandmother died last January, with her passing away just before her birthday.
Commemorating the anniversary of her death last week, Nicola wrote: ‘i cant believe it’s been a year since you left earth.

However, a source has claimed David flew to Florida with his wife Victoria and their children because he has business there with his footballer team, Inter Miami.
The source told The Sun: ‘David and Victoria had been planning this trip for months. David needed to be in Miami in January on Inter Miami duty because it’s the start of the MLS pre-season, and he is helping recruit new players.

‘He also hadn’t been able to get there since last March due to restrictions so it was an important trip.

As a result of the latest lockdown, which was announced since the New Year, The Sun is reporting that the stars plan to homeschool their children remotely in the US for the next several weeks.
