She might be wearing a mask, but this isn’t part of Natalie Portman’s latest role.

On Friday, the American star turned heads when she was spotted wearing a creepy venom-inspired face mask in Sydney to keep safe amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Despite the unusual choice of face protection, the 39-year-old Oscar winner looked flawless without a scrap of makeup on her visage.

The Star Wars beauty cut a casual figure during the outing and wore a light blue T-shirt which she paired with a pair of denim jeans.

Her signature brunette bob was tied up in a bun behind her head.

Natalie had her hands full during the outing while carrying a purple coloured plastic refillable bottle and her iPhone.

Last month, she appeared via a cross on Jimmy Kimmel Live and revealed that her children have started using the local language while living Down Under.

Jimmy had asked if Natalie’s son Aleph, nine, and daughter Amalia were picking up an Australian accent.

‘More words,’ Natalie revealed.

‘When you want something, they say lollies instead of candy, tomato sauce instead of ketchup. When you want what you want, you gotta say it like the locals,’ she told Jimmy.

‘I’d like some tomato sauce with my chips,’ Natalie said with a slight Australian accent.
