Jennifer is back in the U.S. after kicking off the new year in Turks and Caicos with her fiance, Alex Rodriguez, whom she has been engaged to since 2019.

The couple initially planned on tying the knot in 2020, but the pandemic forced them to postpone their nuptials twice.

‘We postponed the wedding twice. We had planned what we really, really wanted to do, [but] I don’t know if we’ll be able to re-create that,’ she recently told Elle.

‘We canceled it, and since then we haven’t really talked about it. There’s no rush. We want to do it right when we can do it.’ 

The couple have been going from strength to strength ever since first getting together in 2017.

However, on Thursday DailyMail.com exclusively reported that the former MLB star was skewered in new legal documents from his $50million court battle with his ex-wife’s brother where he was dubbed a ‘serial cheater.’

Alex is being sued for $50million by his ex-wife Cynthia’s brother Constantine Scurtis who alleges the former Yankee fraudulently cut him out of the real estate empire they built together after A-Rod and Cynthia divorced in 2008.

DailyMail.com revealed on Thursday that in new court documents, Rodriguez was accused of filing false tax documents, insurance fraud, interstate wire fraud, mail fraud and racketeering.

In the blistering new court documents, Scurtis’ lawyers wrote: ‘Defendant Alex Rodriguez, a former Yankees baseball player, is a serial cheater and liar.’

If A-Rod loses he could face a criminal investigation – and the possibility of 30 years in prison – as well as standing to lose a huge chunk of his $350million fortune, legal sources have told DailyMail.com.

Rodriguez denies all of the claims.
