On Thursday, the 48-year-old flaunted her enviable trim physique as she enjoyed a dip at Bilgola Beach in Sydney with her children Lucky, 11, and Ever, eight.

The actress sizzled in a red floral one-piece swimsuit as she cooled off in the ocean.

On Monday Toni told Woman’s Day she swears by at-home workouts and healthy eating.  

‘When I can’t afford the gym I’ll walk, do weights at home, swim, stretch… I love sweets so the key is to not have chocolate or any sweets in the house!’ she said.

‘I love a glass of red wine but one glass is all I can really tolerate.’

Toni added that she tries to live a stress-free life with her husband of 13 years, Will Osmond, and their children.

When it comes to diet and exercise, she said: ‘I’m lucky I’ve always loved exercise and I love to cook so I take great care to eat as healthy as I can, but it’s not an obsession.’

Toni rose to fame on soap opera E Street in the early 1990s, before launching a pop career.

She briefly appeared on Home and Away in 1994 and later hosted Australia’s Funniest Home Videos from 2003 to 2008.
