Issues appear to be plaguing the desktop site, which is showing an error message, along with news feed not loading in the app.
DownDetector, a website that monitors outages online, show reports of problems began around 5:00pm ET.
Outages are hitting users across North America, Europe, Asia and other parts of the globe.
