Celebrity trainer Tiffiny Hall says she’s suffering from ‘FOMO’ as she recovers from wrist surgery

Celebrity trainer Tiffiny Hall says she is struggling during the summer holidays as she continues to recover from wrist surgery after injuring herself

Almost a month after undergoing wrist surgery, Tiffiny Hall admitted she’s been struggling with ‘FOMO’ (fear of missing out).

In a post on Instagram on Tuesday, the 36-year-old celebrity fitness trainer shared a photo of a group of people in a swimming pool.

Meanwhile, the bandages on her wrist kept her out of the water, with Tiffiny’s injured arm the focal point of the photo.

‘#FOMO,’ she simply captioned the post.

In an Instagram post on December 18, Tiffiny revealed she’d undergone a ‘scapholunate ligament reconstruction’ on her left wrist.

She described the surgery as being ‘a bit daunting’ because of her profession, but also ‘very relieving’.

‘After experiencing a bit of pain earlier this year and thinking it was just your run of the mill “parents’ wrist”, I then found out that there was a little more going on in there…’ she explained.

‘Let me tell you, it’s super weird knowing that you need surgery but being in next to no pain!’

She posted again about her recovery on January 3, and admitted she’d ‘ignored the pain for 2 years’.

‘Injuries can be our best teachers. And sometimes they just suck. They’re allowed to really suck,’ she began.

But Tiffiny said she was determined to ‘come back stronger’ after giving her body time to heal.

‘Every time I’ve had an injury (and this is by far my most challenging!) I’ve come back stronger, knowing myself better and a more powerful coach,’ she wrote.

‘You’re allowed to scream, you’re allowed to cry, but you’re not allowed to give up.

‘Surround yourself with positive people, find support, find awesome experts and get cracking on what you can learn.’

She added: ‘If you’re struggling with an injury right now remember today’s pain is tomorrow’s power and when push comes to shove – you’ve got this’.
