When it comes to promoting her workout app, she’s her own best advertisement. 

And Tammy Hembrow once again showed off the fruits of her hard work in the gym  in a recent photo shoot for her TammyFit program.  

The 26-year-old showcased her trim and toned physique in a white crop top and a matching thong bottom in a the series of photos.

Another photo zeroed in a on the Saski Collection founder’s washboard abs.

The blonde bombshell gazed up suggestively as she boldly flaunted her famous backside. 

‘STRONG is sexy. Work for a strong body, work for a strong mind,’ she wrote in the caption of the caption of her post, before going on to spruik her TammyFit app. 

The mother-of-two has previously said that she likes to workout at least three times a week.

During an appearance on Studio 10 in December 2019, Tammy described the strenuous workout regimen that helps her achieve her famous derrière.

‘I do a lot of heavy weights. You’re not going to build any muscle if you are not doing leg weights. I see a lot of girls doing cardio and this and that, it is not going to build any muscle really,’ she said.

When asked how heavy she goes with her weighted squats, the blonde shocked the panel by saying she could easily perform 60kg.

As for her diet secrets, she revealed last year that she eats every two hours and sticks to a ‘really’ clean, protein-rich diet for her growing glutes.
