And after praising his wife in an Instagram video on Sunday, the 34-year-old hit out at celebrity mums for flaunting their ‘amazing’ post-baby bodies.

The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina star explained on Instagram Stories that women shouldn’t compare their postpartum experience with anyone else’s.

‘I think its really toxic when people compare themselves, especially new mums, to how good another new mum is looking,’ he began.

‘Those celebrities who are, like, 14 days after giving birth, look how amazing they look in this candid shoot on the beach, they set those photographers up.’

He added that many of these stars have ‘ten nannies, five personal trainers [and] three personal chefs’ at their disposal.

‘They can skip time with their children to go to the gym, and we compare ourselves to them, which I think is so f**king toxic,’ he said.

‘You are doing the vital job of being a mum. It’s your health journey not anyone else’s. Don’t compare yourself to anyone else.’

Luke spoke out after receiving several messages from fans comparing their post-baby bodies to his wife Kara’s in a video he’d shared earlier in the day.
