‘If anyone wants to donate to my bank account, I’ll be happy to send you my details’: Love Island’s Elma Pazar asks fans for financial help after being left unable to work due to Covid

Elma Pazar has asked her followers to donate money to her bank account as she is currently out of work due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Love Island star, 27, recently took to Twitter and asked could anyone ‘donate’ some funds as her job as an eyelash technician is not possible in lockdown.

Elma, who appeared on the 2019 series of the show, said she was unable to claim furlough and as such has been left without an income.

She wrote: ‘If anyone wants to donate to my bank account to cheer me up, I’ll be happy to send you over my details. No time wasters please. Many thanks kind regards xxx’.

One of Elma’s followers replied to the tweet and asked: ‘Can’t you claim furlough?’ to which she said: ‘Apparently I’m not eligible’.

Another user wrote: ‘Or you could look for a real job? “influencer on social media”https://www.dailymail.co.uk/”love island contestant” are not careers’.

Elma told the user she works as an eyelash technician and is not an influencer, writing: ‘I mean people do make careers out of them, and people earn well from them which would imply they are “real jobs”.

‘However I’m an eyelash technician, which is also a “real job” and can’t work due to Covid restrictions.’

The user then suggested Elma try volunteering to which she said: ‘Very nice of you to suggest volunteering, I’ll look into it.

‘But unfortunately for me that’s still not making a change to my bank balance so my quest continues. Good night god bless’.

The beauty industry has been hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic with many beauticians not being able to earn a regular income since the start of the outbreak.

Elma had a difficult start to 2021 as she told how her mother’s partner was taken to hospital after being diagnosed with Covid-19.

She recently tweeted: ‘So 13 days after being rushed into hospital for not breathing due to having Covid pneumonia and being in ICU, my mums partner is home safe and sound.’

Elma entered the Love Island villa on day 10 and was sent home on day 16 after being briefly coupled with Anton Danyluk.
