David and Victoria Beckham’s candid snaps evoke a cosy Cotswold Christmas – but they were in Florida

Their candid photographs evoked images of a cosy family Christmas spent in the chilly Cotswolds. 

But as the Beckhams shared the intimate snaps with their followers on social media, they were actually more than 4,000 miles away in Florida.

The family flew to the US on a private jet on Christmas Day, but appear to have posted pictures from home in a bid to throw fans off their globe-trotting.

On Boxing Day, David, 45, put a photograph of himself with sons Brooklyn, 21, and Cruz, 14, on Instagram. 

All three were dressed in winter garb in the Oxfordshire countryside near the family’s £6 million converted barn.

Two days later, Victoria, 46, posted a video of herself in a £1,250 black dress from her fashion label, posing in what appeared to be the Cotswolds bolthole.

She told her 29 million Instagram followers: ‘Trying on outfit options for New Year’s Eve (even if we are staying in!)’ 

Another picture, posted just after 8am on Christmas Day, showed the whole family in navy silk pyjamas and festive hats. 

This was just hours before they jetted off to Miami, where eldest son Brooklyn was reunited with his fiancee Nicola Peltz.

Yesterday, David and his two youngest sons – Romeo, 18, and Cruz – were seen shopping for sportswear in the city.

Sources close to the family say they regularly post pictures that they like, regardless of where they are at the time.
