Peter Weber has followed through with his long-awaited move to New York City, just a week after announcing his split from Kelley Flanagan after nearly a year of dating.
While the 29-year-old pilot and Chicago-based attorney, 28, had previously planned to relocate to the Big Apple together, he made the cross-country journey solo.
‘All right, it is officially moving day,’ the Bachelor alum revealed to his more than 1.9 million Instagram followers on Thursday. ‘I got all this stuff packed up here, ready to go. New York, we comin’!’

In his video, Weber was surrounded by boxes and looked ready for a fresh start as he wore a grey sweatshirt and prepared to move away from his tight-knit family.
Additionally, he thanked the moving company, Mayflower Transit, for helping him pack up his belongings in Westlake Village, which is just mere minutes away from the Bachelor mansion.

On Sunday, she took to Instagram on Sunday to delve into detail about her recent parting with Weber.
‘I know a lot of you have already heard the news, but I wanted to take some time to process it for myself before sharing…,’ the reality star wrote in a post. ‘It saddens me to say this but Peter and I have decided to go our separate ways.
She continued: ‘Peter and I had some unbelievable times together and they will definitely be missed. Unfortunately him and I are in two different stages of our lives and saw our future paths differently.’

Flanagan made clear she bore no ill will toward her ex, in the wake of their parting, saying, ‘I wish Peter the absolute best and want to thank everyone for your continued support as I move on to my next chapter.’
Amid the former couple’s planned relocation to Manhattan, the beauty said, ‘I’m still hoping to make it to New York one of these days, but for now I just want to focus on my happiness! 2021, I can’t wait to see what you have in store!’
Weber, who left an emoji of a red heart on Flanagan’s post, first revealed they had called it quits last Wednesday on his own Instagram account.

‘Love is a funny thing. It can make you you feel on top of the world and it can make you feel a pain you wish didn’t exist. I’m here to share that Kelley and I have decided to go our separate ways,’ he said in an Instagram post. ‘While our relationship was filled with countless beautiful memories, our relationship simply didn’t work out in the end. Kelley is someone I will always have a special love for.’
‘These moments in life always hurt, but in my opinion that shows you it was worth the time you spent together. Thank you Kelley,’ he concluded.
During Weber’s run on The Bachelor last year, Flanagan left the show in the seventh week; he initially selected Hannah Ann Sluss but their engagement collapsed amid his romantic attraction to Madison Prewitt. He was first linked to Flanagan last April.
