Model Rachael Finch shares her genius mattress hack

She’s the model and TV host who often shares her health and fitness tips with fans.

But on Saturday, Rachael Finch proved she’s just as handy when it comes to housekeeping.

In an Instagram Stories clip, the 32-year-old revealed her genius mattress hack for tucking a fitted bed sheet around those ‘difficult corners’. 

‘TIP. For that difficult to tuck corner… use your knee to set the mattress on while you get the sheet on,’ Rachael captioned the video. 

In the footage, a casually dressed Rachael placed her right leg onto the frame of the bed, using it to prop the mattress up as she easily slid the sheet over.

Rachael is married to professional dancer Michael Miziner, who she met on the 2010 season of Dancing With The Stars.

The couple wed in 2013 and are now proud parents to daughter Violet, seven, and son Dominic, three.

Rachael and Michael balance parenthood with a burgeoning fitness empire that includes a popular exercise and wellness program.

In a previous interview with 9Honey, Rachael revealed that time management is at the centre of their success. 

‘It’s the hardest, best job,’ she said of parenthood. ‘I just need to be smart when I choose to do things and what I choose to do.’

Rachael also said it’s important for the couple to prioritise date nights.   

She explained: ‘Because there is less time to dedicate to our relationship, we need to ensure we are planning date nights and time alone.’
