She rose to fame as the glamorous waitress on Channel 4’s First Dates.
And it seemed that working in one of Britain’s most famous restaurants doesn’t stop Cici Coleman from maintaining an enviable physique.
The star, 34, showed off her trim and toned body in a spontaneous selfie shared to her Instagram stories on Friday.

Cici sported a peach and teal sports bra with matching leggings by OOSC Clothing as she tried to stand in a one-legged yoga pose.
‘Definitely need to work on my balance!’ she captioned the photo alongside a laughing emoji.
In another clip the blonde Brit, wearing her side-parted locks down in loose waves, explained how she stays fit.
‘After the wildness that this year has brought us I think it’s really important that we stick to a routine and that we show up for ourselves,’ she stressed.

‘And one of the ways that we can do that is by eating healthier foods.
‘I get asked a lot of questions about protein powders and why I use them in my diet. In a tiny little nutshell, protein can help build muscle and repair tissue.’
The dating show star went on to show her 154,000 followers her favourite protein powder made with milk from grass fed cows before demonstrating how she makes a smoothie.
And while workouts seem to be getting the trained actress through lockdown, she’s also clearly been dreaming of a getaway.

She also wrote in her Stories: ‘Good morning Friday! I’ve been a very good girl ALL of this year, please may I have a holiday now?

The Oxford native’s holiday plea comes a day after she shared a throwback pic from a holiday to Ibiza.
In the sunny snap, Cici showed off her assets in a ruffled floral halter bikini as she sat on a boat with makeup artist pal Shauna Taggart.
The tanned duo sported sunglasses as they posed for the camera in the breeze.
