The top federal prosecutor in the country and the Washington DC Attorney General have hinted that President Trump, Donald Trump Jr. and Rudy Giuliani may all come under investigation for inciting the MAGA mob that terrorized the Capitol Building on Wednesday.

Speaking on Good Morning America, AG Karl Racine said his office was in the process of identifying dozens of people who were seen breaching the Capitol, but said: ‘The fault lies with the Capitol Hill police… even Trump now is critical of them.

‘But the real question is how far up does it go? Clearly the Capitol was ground central in all of this mob’s behavior.

‘Donald Trump Jr, Giuliani, even the president of the United States were calling on their supporters and hate groups to go to the Capitol and in the words of Rudy Giuliani ‘exercise combat justice’.

‘We’re going to investigate not only the mobsters but also those who invited the violence,’ he said.

On Thursday, Acting U.S. Attorney Michael Sherwin told reporters during a call that he was going to investigate all ‘bad actors’.

Donald Trump – pictured at the Wednesday rally near the White House where he whipped his supporters into a frenzy by repeating his false claims of election fraud – finally accepted his fate on Thursday morning and promised an ‘orderly transition’ on January 20, when Joe Biden will take office after being confirmed once and for all as the election winner

Asked specifically about the President and his remarks at the Save America Rally that directly preceded the riot, Sherwin said: ‘I don’t want to sound like a broken record. We’re looking at all actors here.”

‘Anyone who had a role and where the evidence fits a crime.’

Trump, Giuliani and Donald Jr. all spoke before thousands of people before the mob attacked the Capitol on Wednesday.

The President promised to march with the crowd down to the Capitol building on Wednesday but did not actually go with them.

As the violence escalated, he pleaded with his fans on Twitter to be peaceful and resist causing any damage or harm.

Eventually, he released a video telling them to go home.
