The Block favourites Andy and Deb Saunders have auctioned off the stunning three storey home they created out of the run-down The Oslo hostel in 2019.

Now fans of the show can rent the luxury home in the affluent Melbourne suburb of St Kilda for $2,200 a week, Domain reports.

The property, which was sold for $3.42 million in November 2019, features four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and a rooftop terrace.

On the first floor, the home opens to a bright lounge room, followed by a hallway that leads to a combined kitchen, dining and living area with glass doors that fold back to the elegant courtyard.

The second floor contains two spacious guest bedrooms – including one room with it’s own en suite – a study space and a common bathroom.

There is also a studio room that has it’s own kitchenette and en suite, as well as a view down to the courtyard.

On the third floor is a master bedroom that has plenty of space, including a his-and-hers walk-in-wardrobe and a veranda.

It also extends to the stunning rooftop terrace with views out to the surrounding neighbourhoods.

The stunning home has ‘had a lot of inquiry’, according to Jellis Craig real estate managing director Andrew McCann.

They also managed to sneak in a quick visit to The Oslo to see the property they created.

The couple shared a photo of themselves outside of the home on Instagram and wrote in the caption: ‘To see it so still and quiet was strange and made us miss the incredible people we met and fun we had here.’

‘It was always so crazy busy here, an absolute hive of activity and never a quiet moment. An incredibly big job that I still cant believe we finished,’ they added.
