Famke Janssen shows off her superior fashion sense and statuesque figure as she snuggles up with a puppy during a stroll in NYC

Pandemic or not: Famke Janssen never seems to skimp when it comes to her fashion choices.

And on Tuesday the X-Men star showed off both her sense of style and statuesque 6ft figure when she stepped out for a stroll with her friend’s grey French Bulldog Gloria in Downtown Manhattan.

The Netherland native, 56, appeared to be relishing her time with the animal, even seen briefly picking up the little guy up into her arms for part of the walk.

With the temperatures taking a tumble, the former Bond girl made her way down the streets in a striking red dress with black leggings and a gorgeous black jacket that came down just past her lean waist.

She also donned a matching black scarf and sneakers and had her dark tresses styled long and flowing with some added volume. 

The actress made sure to wear a black mask with white stars in adherence to health and safety protocols amid the still raging COVID-19 pandemic.

Kicking off her career as a fashion model in the 1980s, Janssen went on to work    with some of the biggest names in the industry, including the likes of Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani, Chanel, and Victoria’s Secret.

By 1992, she transitioned to acting with guest starring roles in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Melrose Place, which were both massive hit shows.

She garnered a worldwide audience when she played Xenia in 1995’s Goldeneye, starring Pierce Brosnan as 007 James Bond.

Janssen has since gone on to star in the X-Men film series (2000-2014), the Taken film franchise (2008-2014), as well as TV hits Nip/Tuck (2004-2010) and How To Get Away With Murder (2015-2019).

Most recently she had a role in the 2020 mystery crime drama film The Postcard Killings alongside Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Cush Jumbo. 

Her newest film — the romantic drama film Redeeming Love with Abigail Cowen, Tom Lewis and Logan Marshall-Green — is set to premiere in early 2021.
