Casey Batchelor shows off her flexibility as she does the splits during yoga flow

She recently credited yoga to helping her lose a staggering 6.5stone over her two pregnancies. 

And Casey Batchelor showed off her toned physique as she did a yoga flow during a photoshoot for her 7 Day Blitz plan. 

The Celebrity Big Brother star, 36, demonstrated her impressive flexibility as she did the middle splits before going into a backbend.

Casey’s toned abs were on display in the low scoop ice blue sports bra which she teamed with matching leggings. 

The brunette beauty wore her hair back in a high ponytail and accentuated her bronzed tan with a polished make-up look. 

Casey, who is a qualified yoga instructor, showed off her figure as she did a series of stretches to target different muscle groups.

Casey, who shares daughters Florence, two, and Sadie, 11 months, with fiancé Dane Goodson, 32, has dropped four dress sizes since welcoming her first baby in May 2018 – going from a 16 to 8. 

The model explained losing the weight after both births was a tough process – but it hasn’t put her off already planning for baby No3.  

She said to MailOnline this week: ‘All in all, with both the pregnancies I have lost 6 ½ stone now. I lost 4 stone with Florence and I’ve lost 2 ½ stone with Sadie. This is from once I started exercising.

‘I waited 10 weeks before I started exercising after having Florence. After Florence I was a size 16 and I’m an 8 now.

‘Obviously after having Florence, both times, I have worked hard for my body. Some people are so lucky and they literally do bounce back but I don’t because I put on weight. I worked hard to get it back.

‘There is a pressure and expectation from people now if I had a third baby – could I do it again?

‘I knew people were expecting me to lose the weight after I had Sadie but I didn’t put the pressure on myself, I did it at my own pace. I did it and in a natural and healthy way and not as a quick fix.’

Casey believes she can help her fans shift their Christmas weight in just a week with her 7 Day Blitz, which is her brand new workout plan featured on her Yoga Blitz website.

The 7 Day Blitz involves following a new 10 minute yoga/HIIT workout every day alongside a calorie controlled meal plan.

Talking about the creation of Yoga Blitz, that was first launched three years ago, Casey said: ‘I qualified as a yoga teacher five years ago, I danced as a young girl, and so it’s always been in me.

‘I put on a lot of weight in my first pregnancy – I massively took advantage of eating and I put on so weight.

‘After I had Florence I used my knowledge of my yoga training and combined it with high intensity exercises and created short, sharp routines that I was doing myself indoors. 

‘People were asking for more of the routines so we launched Yoga Blitz. It all came about so naturally.’
