The 38-year-old shared a hilarious video to Instagram on Monday, revealing what his goals are for 2021 versus the reality.

The former Bachelor star then extended his legs into the air and started walking on both his hands.
‘My fitness goals for the New Year,’ he wrote.

Matty is then pictured sitting on a lounge while eating ice-cream and he added: ‘How it’s going.’

‘I recon [sic] we’ve kept this little beach ball under wraps for long enough… Half way to number 2,’ Laura captioned a family photo.
