Real Housewives of Melbourne star Pettifleur Berenger joins I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

Pettifleur Berenger is the latest star to join the cast roughing it on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

On Tuesday night’s episode of the TV series, The Real Housewives of Melbourne cast member entered the camp in a chicken-themed challenge. 

Her arrival proved to be difficult for fellow campmates, Grant Denyer and Ash Williams, who had to free the 56-year-old who was handcuffed to a giant birds nest. 

The pair had to chase a ‘deranged bird’ into a dark chicken coup to find the key to free Pettifleur. 

After being pelted with a few eggs, Grant and Ash managed to retrieve the key and successfully free Pettifleur, who later joined the blue team. 

Pettifleur is a successful property developer and author, but she is best known for her appearance on The Real Housewives of Melbourne in the second and third seasons.  

She is the eleventh celebrity to arrive on the latest season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!  

Several stars have entered the camp since Sunday’s premiere, including The Voice alum Jack Vidgen, comedian Mel Buttle, and Australian Idol star Paulini Curuenavuli.

Other contestants include Bachelor in Paradise star Abbie Chatfield, retired AFL player Travis Varcoe, actress Toni Pearen, and The Block’s Jess Eva.

Australian rules football legend Robert ‘Dipper’ DiPierdomenico entered the camp as an intruder on Monday night’s episode.

The show is already proving to be a ratings smash for Channel 10, drawing more than one million viewers on Sunday night and 820,000 on Monday night.
