The wall behind the cot is papered with elephant-patterned wallpaper while she has hung a picture of a giraffe and one of a rabbit on the wall.

The room was filled with different animal ornaments, including a wooden elephant and rhino as well as a light-up elephant.

The mother-to-be has displayed books around the room, and has hung grey curtains with white stars, which matches the blanket on the changing table.

Responding to a fan who suffered with Braxton Hicks 26 weeks into her pregnancy, Dani admitted she was at an advantage as she had researched the symptom before experiencing it.

She said: ‘Always best to get checked if you’re scared. I read about them in a book weirdly enough yesterday so I felt like I knew exactly what they was when it was happening.’

The Love Islander told her Instagram followers on Christmas Eve that she is ‘so scared to give birth’ as her due date quickly approaches in ‘a month’s time’.

She begged her followers to give her ‘tips’ as she admitted that she was finding it hard to remain laid back about going into labour.

The expectant mother said that she was terrified as it hit her that she is going to be welcoming a baby very early in the new year.

She continued: ‘So I honestly am so scared now to give birth. Like knowing in a month’s time, there is going to be a baby here – hopefully if I’m not like overdue and stuff – I’m just really scared!

‘I just want tips now. I’ve been sort of that person that’s like “yeah I’m fine and whatever – giving birth, easy” and now I’m sitting here like “oh my God”. Um, any tips would be great.’

        WHAT ARE BRAXTON HICKS                              CONTRACTIONS?

Also referred to as practice contractions,  Braxton Hicks are occasional uterine contractions that commonly start six weeks into pregnancy

They are a tightening of the uterine muscles and are understood to prepare and condition the body for childbirth

Occurring every 10 to 20 minutes, they take the form of mild cramping but are notably different from labour contractions  because they do not change in frequency or intensity
