Marnie Simpson has continued to spark concern among fans that she may have separated from her fiancé Casey Johnson.
The former Geordie Shore star, 28, unfollowed her partner of two-and-a-half years, 25, on social media and removed his name from her Instagram bio this week.
And on Monday night, Marnie admitted that she was having a ‘tough time’ and cryptically added that ‘no one will ever know what goes on behind closed doors’.

The reality star also shared a sweet picture with her 15-month-old son, Rox, who she shares with Casey and said: ‘You’re all I need in life baby boy’ (sic).
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Monday night, Marnie said: ‘I’m getting a lot of messages, a lot of questions. If I’m honest, like, I know everyone means well I just want everyone to respect my privacy that’s it really, I don’t wanna talk about it.
‘Yeah, it’s a tough time, everyone is going through a tough time at the minute, I’m not gonna moan.’
She added: ‘What I’ve realised is over this past year, is that no one will ever know what goes on behind closed doors, I know that from personal experience… no one knows scenarios, details, situations, no one knows what’s going on in someone’s head, mind, treat people how you want to be treated.’

Marnie said that ‘on a brighter note’ she had booked three trips for 2021, saying: ‘I am so excited because this is what I need.’
The reality star also shared a sweet snap with her 15-month-old son, Rox, who she shares with Casey.
She captioned it with: ‘You’re my little miracle Rox, when things aren’t good and times are tough, I just look at your beautiful little face and that inspiring smile, I remember how incredibly lucky I am, you’re all I need in life baby boy ❤️.’ (sic)
It comes after Marnie also talked about ‘new beginnings’ in a cryptic post, just one week after celebrating Christmas with Casey and their 15-month-old son, Rox.

On her ‘new beginnings’ upload on Sunday, Marnie captioned the picture with a mother and son emoji, seemingly implying that her partner is absent.
Her followers flooded her social media account, sharing their thoughts on the possible breakup.
One follower responded: ‘I am so confused. What.’
Another wrote: ‘You find a different strength in your soul when you have to start again with your kids, you’ve got this toots ✨ to new beginnings.’

Marnie and Casey first became in an item in June 2017 after they appeared on the reality show, Single AF together.
They welcomed their first child in October 2019 and they reside in a stunning five bedroom house in Bedfordshire.
They announced their engagement in August when Casey dropped down on one knee during a romantic proposal in their garden.
Her fiancé is yet to respond to the breakup rumours. MailOnline have reached out to Marnie’s reps, but they have declined to comment.
