She was dumped from Channel Ten’s breakfast program Studio 10 five months ago.

And on Monday, Kerri-Anne Kennerley snubbed the morning show when hosts Sarah Harris and Tristan MacManus tried to interview her about a recent accident, where she fell from a trapeze during a live performance of the stage musical Pippin.

Sarah, 39, and Tristan, 38, called the showbusiness veteran, 67, live on air to discuss her on-stage fall but she didn’t answer.

‘We have all tried to reach out over the holidays but she has been otherwise engaged busy, not answering her texts,’ Sarah said.

‘But she wants us to call her live on air… She calls all sorts of people on the show. We will leave her a message if she doesn’t answer.’

The Studio 10 hosts then tried to contact Kerri-Anne but the call went straight to her voicemail and the pair left a message.

‘Kerri-Anne, it is your old team here from Studio 10. Sarah, Tristan and Narelda. We’re all here and worried about you,’ Sarah said.

‘We wanted to check if you are OK or just [send] a text. Love you, bye,’ she ended.

Kerri-Anne was hospitalised on Wednesday night after falling from a trapeze during a performance of the stage musical Pippin at Sydney’s Lyric Theatre.

She has broken her ankle and collarbone and will know ‘within a week’ if she needs surgery.

The accident on Wednesday will no doubt have left Kerri-Anne shaken, as she knows all too well how serious falls can be.

Her late husband, mathematician John Kennerley, was left paralysed from the neck down after he slipped from a balcony at a golf resort in Coffs Harbour in March 2016.

She cared for John until his death in February last year.

In August, Kerri-Anne was one of at least 25 stars sacked from Channel 10 in a brutal afternoon of budget cuts.
