Tanya Hennessy accidentally insults Kylie Gillies’ idyllic holiday photo as the comedian makes VERY embarrassing mistake
Tanya Hennessy might be feeling a little embarrassed today, after making a rather embarrassing mistake when attempting to give her pal a compliment.
The comedian, 35, commented on a holiday photo shared to Instagram by TV star Kylie Gillies – and used the wrong word, to comic effect.
Kylie, 53, shared an image from her holiday at the picturesque Lord Howe Island in New South Wales.

Underneath, a number of her celebrity friend commented including Tanya, who wrote, ‘this pic is inane’.
In what may have been an autocorrect issue, she may have meant to write ‘insane’.
Tanya appears to have been offering a compliment, but instead, suggested the photo was ‘silly’ by using the wrong word.

In the picture, Kylie rested against a bike while staring out at the pristine water, surf boards all around her on the grass.
The Morning Show host captioned the photograph: ‘Holiday decisions. Bike or board?’
Other friends also chimed in under the photo, with Dr Chris Brown writing ‘Paradise’ while James Tobin suggested: ‘Both!’

Last month, Kylie admitted she had ‘never packed so fast in her life’ as she scrambled for a flight to Queensland to be with her mum, dad and sister, after an eruption of COVID-19 cases in Sydney meant state borders closing rapidly.
She made then it back to Sydney in the nick of time to spend Christmas with husband Tony and their teenage sons, Gus and Archie.
