The stars performed the song, which is on Kylie’s album Disco, during Dua’s Studio 2054 live stream event in December and are said to have been inundated by fans ‘begging’ for another collaboration after the show.

A music insider told The Sun: ‘Kylie and Dua were both so delighted with the reaction to their performance together on Studio 2054 that they decided to work together again.

‘They have been overwhelmed by all of the support they’ve had this year and wanted to put this out as a treat for their fans who have been sending them messages begging for them to collaborate.’

Dua previously revealed it was her ‘dream’ to work with the Australian pop star after being a huge fan for several years.

Speaking ahead of her December Studio 2054 gig, Dua told the publication: ‘I am beyond excited to reveal that the legendary Kylie will be performing with me.

‘She is one of my all-time heroes and female artists and the idea of collaborating with her is what pure dreams are made of.’

Kylie added: ‘Dua is a shining light and a force of nature in pop and I’m absolutely thrilled to be performing with her at her livestream — we’re ready for the disco!’

Queen of Pop Kylie joined a star-studded list of guests who performed at the hugely successful event including FKA Twigs, Miley Cyrus and Elton John. The show broke online records, with five million views.

It has been a fabulous year for both of the singers, with Kylie celebrating her latest chart-topping album Disco and Dua releasing Future Nostalgia.

Kylie became the first female artist to score a number one on the UK’s Official Albums Chart in five consecutive decades with Disco.

She has scored a number one album in the 80s, 90s, 00s, 10s, and now the 20s, and in another new record, DISCO also marks the biggest opening week of 2020 so far in the UK, with 55,000 chart sales.

And if that wasn’t enough records to break, the popstar has now surpassed the likes of Sir Elton John, Sir Cliff Richard and George Michael in the all-time league of acts with the most UK Number 1 albums, with eight chart-toppers to her name.

The singer also staged her own live stream concert on Thursday, Infinite Disco.
