And on Thursday, the 34-year-old showed off her postpartum belly four weeks after giving birth, as she reminisced about her pregnancy.
In a series of photos shared to Instagram Stories, the new mother revealed the month-by-month progress of her changing figure.

Carly looks better than ever these days, sporting a flat stomach that closely resembles her shape before she was pregnant.

The couple announced their child’s arrival on December 4.
