The sighting comes as Kylie was granted a restraining order against a man who allegedly broke into a house near her residence in Hidden Hills, California last month.

Legal documents obtained by TMZ detail Kylie‘s complaint, which alleges that the man traveled from North Dakota to seek her out.

The purported stalker, named Justin Bergquist, allegedly fled the scene of the break in last month, only to return later in his car.

It was then that he allegedly told private security that he was there to meet Kylie.
