Sarah Michelle Gellar bundles up in black knee-length parka jacket as she runs errands in LA

Sarah Michelle Gellar recently enjoyed some family time, as she celebrated Christmas with her brood.

And the Daytime Emmy winner is getting back into her routine, as she prepares to ring in 2021.

She bundled up in a black knee-length parka jacket as she picked up her mail Monday at a post office in the upscale Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The 43-year-old wore the thick star-printed jacket over a black top and matching skintight pants with some black rubber rain boots.

She finished the ensemble with a pair of gold-framed aviators, matching earrings and a grey camouflage face mask.  

Gellar previously modeled another face mask, which appeared to be a pretty hilarious gag gift, as it was printed with her own face.

She wrote on Instagram: ‘Dear Santa, when I said all I wanted for Christmas was for me (and my loved ones ) to be safe from Covid-19, this was not exactly what I had in mind. But thank you!!’ 

That wasn’t the only face she sported for the holidays, as the Buffy the Vampire Slayer star donned some ugly Christmas sweaters adorned with her mug and that of her husband Freddie Prinze Jr, 44.

She posted a video to Instagram of herself dancing in front of their Christmas tree, writing: ‘When its Monday morning, but you know you are totally winning the office ugly sweater contest!!’

Gellar and Prinze first met on the set of their 1997 teen slasher I Know What You Did Last Summer, and later began dating in 2000, tying the knot in September of 2002 and sharing daughter Charlotte Grace, 11, and son Rocky James, eight.

They recently added a pair of twin Akita puppies to their litter, one of whom Gellar recently posed with for a selfie in front of their Christmas tree.

The Cruel Intentions star wrote on Instagram: ‘All I want for Christmas is you … and your sister (who fell asleep before I could get a pic)’
