Martha Kalifatidis reveals she was ‘at her heaviest’ after filming Married At First Sight due to drinking alcohol daily, anxiety and constipation
She may have a body that Kim Kardashian would envy, but even Martha Kalifatidis has gone through periods when she wasn’t happy with her figure.
The reality star, 32, revealed on Monday her weight had ballooned in early 2019 after her stressful experience filming Married At First Sight‘s sixth season.
She shared a throwback photo to Instagram of herself from this time, as part of a viral challenge in which influencers share old pictures from their camera roll.

Martha looked sensational posing in a stylish black bikini, but did sport a slightly fuller figure compared to how she looks today.
She explained in the caption she was unwell, anxious and drinking alcohol every day at the time the photo was taken, hence why she was bigger.
‘This was after filming MAFS. I was so sick, severely constipated, anxious, not sleeping, drinking daily, smoking… toxic!’ she wrote.

She posted the photo after a fan asked to see what she looked like ‘at your heaviest’.
These days, Martha still has a curvy figure but is slimmer overall thanks to a balanced diet and fitness regimen.

The blonde showed off a glimpse of her toned tummy in a chic grey dress, which she teamed with a matching clutch purse.
Martha was joined by her boyfriend, Michael Brunelli, whom she met on Married At First Sight two years ago.
The genetically blessed pair are one of few surviving couples from Nine’s controversial dating show , alongside Jules Robinson and Cameron Merchant (2019) and Erin Bateman and Bryce Mohr (2016).
