Leighton Meester goes surfing in black wetsuit in Malibu … after her husband reveals if they’ll watch Gossip Girl reboot
Leighton Meester continues to enjoy the surfing life.
The 34-year-old actress was snapped Sunday in Malibu riding the waves as she enjoyed a daytime surfing outing.
The Single Parents star and her actor husband Adam Brody, 41, have often been seen catching waves together, as he initially turned her on to the ocean.

The Fort Worth, Texas-born star and her beau have been seen multiple times this month taking to the water in the luxe ocean town in Southern California, riding alongside one another at times.
Meester told Shape she ‘got really into’ surfing in late 2018, and that it gives her a sense of confidence.
‘I have found that when I don’t have a physical result in mind when I’m exercising – it’s not just about getting sore or getting abs or burning fat – I feel much more confident,’ she said in March of 2019. ‘I’m working on a skill, and that is so fulfilling to me. Plus, being in the ocean is such a spiritual experience that you forget you’re getting a real workout.’
Meester portrayed Blair Waldorf on The CW’s Gossip Girl from 2007 until 2012; Brody last week said that he and Meester would probably check out the reboot on HBO Max.

‘I highly doubt we’ll watch it front to back,’ he told WSJ Magazine. ‘I don’t think we’re the audience, but I’m sure we’ll dip our toes in.’
He chat with the outlet about their mutual fondness for surfing, saying, ‘A big part of our quarantine life is that my wife and I have been surfing our brains out.
‘I’ve been off and on a lifetime surfer. My wife’s relatively new to it but is very dedicated. She is going surfing right now.’
Meester and Brody, who wed in 2014, are parents to daughter Arlo, five, and a baby boy they welcomed earlier this year.
Brody broke the news about their son while streaming on Twitch’s The Fun Time Boys Game Night Spectacular four months ago, saying, ‘I have a new kid … I have a boy, and he’s a dream. He’s a dream boy.’
