Breaking the rules? Cara recently faced accusations of breaking lockdown rules twice over the weekend, after allegedly attending Rita Ora’s reported 30th birthday bash

It comes after Cara faced accusations of breaking lockdown twice after allegedly attending Rita Ora’s reported 30th birthday bash late last month.

The model was allegedly among the 30 people who are said to have attended the secret bash at a restaurant called Casa Cruz in west London – it was named after Chile-born Juan Santa Cruz, who resigned as restaurateur in February.

And the purported violation came less than one week after Cara attended November 22nd’s American Music Awards in Los Angeles – despite the long-imposed 14-day quarantine order for travellers landing in the UK.

Model Cara was among a host of A-list celebrities gracing a socially-distanced red carpet at Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater, during a week when COVID-19 cases in LA County took the daily rate to more than 4,000 infections.

And while it is not yet known when the British beauty departed from US soil, she was said to have attended Rita’s gathering six days after the star-studded awards show.

In keeping with COVID-19 pandemic regulations, travellers flying into the UK from countries or territories not on the safe list are required to complete a passenger location form and self-isolate at home for 14 days.

MailOnline contacted a representative for Cara Delevingne for comment at the time.

Singer Rita was alleged to have invited 30 friends to the restaurant in Notting Hill, to mark the occasion with the group partying ‘until the early hours’.

Rita later apologised for the event, saying she was sorry for the ‘serious and inexcusable error of judgement’ as a source confirmed she has offered to pay the proposed £10,000 fine over the event.
