But Jennifer Lopez was back in work mode by Boxing Day, hopping aboard a private jet to get to her native New York City for a New Year’s broadcast.
The 51-year-old wore a comfortable ensemble for her flight – but made sure to glam it up with a Dior hat and a pair of glittering hoop earrings.

She posted a duo of Instagram pictures on Saturday, one of her on the steps of her plane and one of her inside pulling her best smoldering supermodel stare.
The Selena star is flying into New York from Miami where she was seen on Christmas morning heading to the gym with her next husband-to-be.
The sizzling sensation is currently engaged to former New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez who is slated to become her fourth husband.
Jennifer shares 12-year-old twins Max and Emme with her third ex-husband Marc Anthony with whom she remained friendly after the divorce.

Meanwhile Alex and his first wife Cynthia Scurtis, whom he was married to from 2002 and 2008, have two daughters called Natasha, 16, and Ella, 12.

This year’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve broadcast will occur in Times Square as it does every year but with no crowds to the coronavirus pandemic.
While the on-air personalities will show up to the broadcasts, the coronavirus lockdowns have prevented them from having a live audience.

Jennifer will be just one of the artists playing Times Square that night amid names including Cyndi Lauper, Billy Porter, Gloria Gaynor and Pitbull, Deadline reports.
Machine Gun Kelly, who has lately been hitting the headlines for dating Megan Fox, will be performing as well as Jimmie Allen and Andra Day.
Billy will join Ryan Seacrest, Ciara and Lucy Hale in hosting the broadcast whose full name is Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.
Although Dick Clark was always the man behind the special, the first two years were hosted by the rock band Three Dog Night and comedian George Carlin.

Dick began hosting the New Year’s Rockin’ Eve broadcasts in 1974 and held onto the job solo until he had a stroke in 2004 that affected his ability to speak.
Ryan Seacrest stepped in to help him run the Times Square-based program, taking over entirely after Dick died in April 2012 at the age of 82.
