Amy Schumer and Hilaria Baldwin continue playful holiday exchange … after social media body shaming controversy
Amy Schumer is back at it with Hilaria Baldwin.
The 39-year-old actress took to Instagram on Christmas Friday with a family shot of Hilaria, her husband Alec Baldwin and their five children, pretending that she was the Mom Brain podcaster, 36.
The Trainwreck star, who is mom to one-year-old son Gene David with husband Chris Fischer, captioned the shot, ‘Chris and I had such a beautiful day with the kids.’

The image consists of Hilaria, and Alec outdoors with their five kids, Carmen Gabriela, seven, Rafael, five, Leonardo Ángel Charles, four, Romeo Alejandro David, two, and baby Edu.
Alec’s daughter Ireland, 25, (with ex-wife Kim Basinger) responded, ‘Why did I comment on this as if this were Hilaria’s account!! ‘Lol miss you guys!!’
The post came days after of a controversy when Schumer posted a previous shot pretending she was the yoga and fitness expert in a shot in which she held her four-month-old son in her underwear.
Schumer captioned the shot, which she later deleted, ‘Gene and I wanted to wish everyone a happy holiday season. Enjoy it with whatever family members are talking to you this year.’

Baldwin on Tuesday took to the site to address negative remarks left on the post she said ‘seemed to spiral out of control’ and got ‘into a place of body-shaming.’
Baldwin said she has a sense of humor but was concerned some of the remarks didn’t reflect the body inclusivity she hopes to see in society.
‘Now, does it hurt my feelings if some people out there who I don’t even know are critiquing why I might post a photo?’ she said. ‘If I had looked differently would I have posted that photo? I sure hope so.

‘Because I love looking at photos, supporting our bodies, our temple that we live in 24/7 – I love it. Doesn’t matter what you look like, I love it. If you’re honoring yourself and you’re celebrating yourself, I love it.’
Baldwin addressed what she felt was at the heart of the offensive remarks, saying, ‘There’s like the whole thing of “Oh, moms don’t look like that” – some moms do. This mom does. And I am included in the inclusivity … this is what I look like, you know? I come from smaller people, I have been a fitness person my entire life, and there you go.’
She wrote in the caption, ‘I’m an advocate for body positivity and inclusivity…which, let’s all remember, includes everyone.’
Schumer later wrote, ‘I’m sorry!’ to Baldwin after the inadvertent chain of events.
