Pregnant Katharine McPhee shops solo for jewelry at XIV Karats Ltd just ahead of Christmas

She’s currently awaiting her first child with her husband 35 years her senior.

But Katharine McPhee was seen on a solo outing on Wednesday, on her way from jewelry boutique XIV Karats Ltd in Beverly Hills, California.

The Smash star, 36, wore a black and white striped dress that accentuated her growing baby bump. 

She wore the mid length dress underneath a black duster jacket, which hung to her mid thigh.

On her feet, Katharine wore comfy looking Ugg-style black boots.  

She carried two small black shopping bags from the jewelry store, most probably gifts for the Christmas holiday this Friday. 

McPhee also shouldered a purse, which she wore cross-body style.

The music star’s blondish brown hair was down, draped over her shoulders.

She sported a standard disposable light blue surgical face mask, as coronavirus cases continue to soar throughout the region and beyond.

Last week, McPhee confirmed speculation regarding her pregnancy on Instagram.

She posed for a duo of lovely snaps in a powder blue pea coat, letting her bare shoulder and leg show as she cradled her burgeoning baby bump.

By way of a caption, Katharine used emojis including a butterfly and two blue hearts.

Her husband, Grammy Award-winning Canadian musician and record producer David Foster, gushed in the comments, ‘My most AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL GLOWING wife!’

McPhee and Foster, 71, became engaged in June 2018, marrying one year later on June 28th, 2019, in Kensington, London.

While this is Katharine’s first child, David is already father to five daughters – four of whom are older than his wife.
