Kelly Gale made a name for herself strutting her toned figure down the Victoria’s Secret runway.

And the Swedish-Australian model, 25, has now shared her secret to achieving her sensational physique.

She recommends recording yourself exercising at your peak ability, then watching the footage back during workouts to keep pace.

Model Motivation: Kelly revealed that when she feels a little demotivated, she tunes into her pre-recorded workouts to I’ve herself an extra boost when training.

She posted footage to Instagram on Tuesday of herself in stylish grey activewear, as she performed one of her signature exercises, which she’d filmed earlier. 

‘Doing my filmed workouts. When I’m too lazy to train myself, I use my filmed vids to train…’ she wrote in the caption.

Kelly, who boasts more than 1.4 million followers on Instagram, often shares pictures of her athletic frame to inspire her fans. 

Game, set, match! Last month, the model took hit the courts and told Instagram fans she counts Tennis as her 'favourite sport.'

Stretch it out! Earlier this month Kelly shared a photo of herself performing a yoga stretch on the edge of a dangerous cliff in Arizona.

She told Grazia in 2018 that when it comes to her diet, she likes to keep it clean.

‘I have a green juice in the morning – a big one – with kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, two lemons and lots of ginger,’ she said.

‘I’ll do like a more intense workout in the morning and then for lunch I have lean proteins, like all the seafood I want and white fish, turkey and lots of veggies.’  

Bikini babe: In between all the working out, Kelly enjoyed some downtime in the sauna.

Totally inspired: Kelly is constantly sharing post-workout selfies on Instagram.

Washboard abs: According to the model, partaking in a consistent mix of exercises is what helps keep her abs looking so impressive.  

She keeps active too, saying: ‘I do a lot of walking, boxing, jump-rope and Pilates.

‘I like to mix it up, so sometimes I train with my personal trainer, sometimes I take classes because I feel like my body gets very used to it if I just do the same thing all the time.’ 

In the lead-up to a Victoria’s Secret runway, she takes her exercise to another level by enlisting specialist celebrity trainers.
