Tiffany Haddish, 41, discusses her weight loss after undergoing a 30-day transformation: ‘The goal is to have abs by New Year’s Day’
Tiffany Haddish is making the most of the ongoing pandemic.
The 41-year-old recently spoke to People about how she has been using her time at home to tone her body by utilizing a routine developed by the 30 Day Transformation Team.
The Tuca & Bertie actress placed an emphasis on her modified diet, and noted that she was mostly eating vegan food in an effort to get nutrients into her system faster.

She stated: ‘I figured if I’m going to do a transformation, I’m going to challenge myself all the way around.’
The Girls Trip actress was also honest about the difficulties that her new diet brought, as she said that: ‘let me tell you something: I miss the meat…I want some brisket!’
Haddish went on to note that although her workout program is only supposed to last for a month, the fitness tricks and tips that she’s learned will likely carry over into her new daily routine.
She also noted that her personal goal was not to necessarily keep shedding weight, but to chisel herself into shape, preferably by the start of the coming new year.

‘I don’t really want to lose any more weight. I want to now just sculpt it all, sculpt off the fat so I can get to the muscle. The goal is to have abs by New Year’s Day! We’ll see,’ she noted.
The comedian underwent the lifestyle change in an effort to keep off 40 pounds of weight that she had already lost during the pandemic, and has lost an additional 10 through her program.
During the interview, Haddish stated that she would be gifting herself with an MRI later this year, as she felt that she needed to be aware of every change she has made during the routine.

Haddish appeared in various film and TV roles before gaining prominence for her extended run on the BET parody series Real Husbands Of Hollywood.
She later went on to gain a starring role in the NBC comedy series The Carmichael Show where she portrayed Nekeisha Williams-Carmichael, the estranged wife of Lil Rel Howery’s character Bobby.
In 2018, the actress took on a costarring part in the series The Last OG as the girlfriend of Tracy Morgan; the series has been renewed for a fourth season.
The year prior, Haddish hosted an episode of Saturday Night Live which gained her a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series.
