Married At First Sight’s Jessika Power confirms her fling with a major international star

She was spotted getting cozy with one of Geordie Shore‘s biggest stars during Schoolies on Queensland‘s Gold Coast in 2019.

And 12 months on from her two-week encounter with Scotty ‘T’ Timlin – aka ‘Turbo D’ – Jessika Power has confirmed rumours the pair hooked up.

In an interview with Reality TV & Me podcast, the 29-year-old admitted that she had ‘a bit of a fan girl moment’ when she first met the 32-year-old while hosting an event.

‘We spent two weeks together during Schoolies and… I got to really know who he was and he’s actually such a different person in person,’ she explained. ‘He’s so much more mature and calm and just normal.

‘Something happened there for a little bit. I still speak to him here and there. He messaged me not long ago actually, just asking how I was.

‘He’s a cool guy and I mean I watched him when I loved him. Maybe I had a bit of a fan girl moment.’ 

However, Scotty ‘T’ sweeping Jessika off her feet was no easy feat, with the former Married At First Sight star adding she ‘snubbed him’ when they first met and he attempted to flirt with her. 

‘He’s very charming – let me tell you that,’ she said. ‘He said something really flirty to me at the start and I sort of snubbed him and turned my nose, and I was like “Hurry up, we’re going to be late” because it was at the start of the two weeks. 

‘So, he broke me down… and I remember when he left the morning of when we finished Schoolies and had an early flight back to London or wherever it was, he left a little note under my door, which was sweet.’

Jessika admitted that his accent played a key part in getting her attention, just ‘like guys in suits.’

‘I’m always looking at a guy in a suit and you see them in their normal clothes… It’s like watching a dog walk around on its hind legs – you’re like “What the hell. What. Where did all your sexiness smounderness go”,’ she laughed. 

Meanwhile, Jessika jetted from Queensland to Perth on Monday to reunite with her family for Christmas. 

She is set to appear in the MAFS all-stars reunion special, which will be aired across two consecutive Sunday nights, with the first episode being shown on January 31 and the second on February 7.
