Osher Gunsberg has sparked fears for his health after he was pictured with crutches on Tuesday.

The 46-year-old leant on crutches as he posed for a Christmas photograph alongside his wife Audrey, stepdaughter Georgia and son Wolfie.

‘Santa looks like he’s being a very good boy for the photo. Merry Xmas from our family to yours, however far apart you are,’ Osher captioned the post.

Fans have since expressed their concern for Osher after the family photo was shared to Instagram.

‘Merry Christmas to your family. Have you hurt yourself?’ one person commented.

‘Merry Xmas Osher to you and your family. What’s with the walking stick?’ another said.

One person commented: ‘Are you on crutches, Osher??’

 ‘What did I miss? Why you on crutches?’ another person asked. ‘Are you ok ? Merry Christmas,’ one wrote. 

On Friday, Osher revealed on his podcast Better Than Yesterday that he’d undergone hip replacement surgery.

‘There’s not a massive complication but there’s some swelling under the site of the incision. Not infected – I’ve been checked over for that,’ he said.

‘It’s pretty painful so I can’t do the rehab that I need to do to get the joint mobilised and start getting strength back and being able to move around properly.’

‘I’m in this weird holding pattern of pain management and trying to sleep properly and not being able to move around too much,’ he explained.
