The Undoing star Matilda De Angelis was transformed into a wartime beauty on Monday as she continued filming for Ernest Hemingway’s Across The River and Into The Trees.

The actress, 25, who rose to fame earlier this year with her role in the thrilling HBO miniseries, sported her glossy brunette hair in pinned curls as she wore a glamorous ensemble to film scenes with Liev Schreiber in Venice.

Matilda donned a 1940s-inspired blue maxi skirt with an orange jacket and she and Liev strolled through the city arm-in-arm during the scenes.

The Italian star could be seen chatting to her co-star while they were seated at an outside restaurant together.

The pair showed off their dancing skills between scenes, with Matilda covering her filming outfit with a cosy black padded jacket.

Later, with Liev dressed in full uniform to play a US serviceman, the pair filmed a pensive moment of a conversation while they walked through the city.
