Pregnant Bindi Irwin reveals her baby girl is ‘karate chopping’ as she enjoys lunch

Bindi Irwin will soon welcome her first child with new husband Chandler Powell. 

On Sunday, the 22-year-old Wildlife Warrior and her 24-year-old American wakeboarder husband went out to a casual lunch. 

They were joined by Bindi’s brother, Robert, 17, at a local cafe, where they dined outside. 

The three beamed as they posed for a photo together, their food in front of them and a bottle of hand sanitiser visible. 

It appears the pregnant Australia Zoo co-owner couldn’t wait to tuck into her lunch, and neither could her little girl.  

Bindi captioned the photo: ‘Love these guys. *Not pictured is baby girl karate chopping, wanting me to hurry up and eat the pumpkin gnocchi!’  

On Saturday, Bindi was feeling romantic, and cuddled up to her husband in a loved-up photo. 

Posting to Instagram, Bindi and Chandler looked happier than ever as they watched the sunrise from a balcony. 

‘You are my sunshine,’ she captioned the post. 

Bindi styled her long brunette tresses loose and went casual for the photo, wearing a simple grey T-shirt. 

Meanwhile, Chandler was similarly dressed in a grey T-shirt as he wrapped his arms around his expectant wife. 

He commented on the photo writing: ‘I love you and our group hugs with baby girl.’ 

The young couple are set to welcome their first child – a daughter – in 2021.   

Bindi announced her pregnancy in August, sharing an image of herself and Chandler holding a tiny khaki Australia Zoo uniform.
