Sasha Mielczarek is developing quite the impressive property portfolio for himself.
According to a report by The Daily Telegraph on Friday, the 36-year-old Bachelorette star recently bought a second property in the NSW Southern Highlands.
Sasha reportedly spent $1.385million on the unrenovated Victorian cottage, which is located near Bowral.

The 1890’s brick home has been given the name ‘Chester’, and Sasha purchased the property in an off-the-market sale.
According to a listing on realestate.com.au, the property was last sold for $840,000 in July 2010.
It was described as ‘a charming and rare original Victorian cottage (circa 1890) in a premium location – just an easy level stroll to the high street of Bowral’.

He had planned to live there with his then-girlfriend Sam Frost, but parted ways with the Home and Away star just six months later in December 2016.
