She welcomed her daughter Sienna to the world with her husband Hugo Taylor in May.

And Millie Mackintosh looked amazing as she showed off her postpartum figure while holding her adorable seven-month-old during a workout on Friday.

The former Made In Chelsea star, 31, slipped her physique into a burgundy crop top and matching leggings while engaging in an early morning Pilates session on Instagram.

Millie looked radiant as she balanced her little girl on her hip, while giving her legs a workout using a resistant band.

The reality star kept her brunette tresses loose for the exercise, while she showed off her natural beauty by going make-up free.

And while mum worked on her strength, little Sienna, who was clad in white, looked content as she sucked on her finger.

The new mum flashed a broad smile as she promoted Fluidform Pilates with her ‘new gym partner’ Sienna.

Over on her grid, Millie further showed off her form as she worked up a sweat with more exercises, using a weighted ball and resistant bands.

Captioning her images, Millie said: ‘At home workouts have been an essential part of my post-natal recovery to strengthen my body’, before going on to wax lyrical about Fluidform Pilates.

She added: ‘As she [Sienna] continues to get bigger it’s more important than ever that I regain my core stability to help protect my lower back so I can be as healthy as possible for myself but also Sienna.’

Last month, Millie reflected on her first six months of motherhood in a candid interview after she and Hugo welcomed their baby daughter Sienna in May.

The TV personality spoke to Mother And Baby about the affect ‘mum police’ trolls have had on her self esteem as well as her changing relationship with her body.

The mother-of-one explained: ‘There are definitely some mum police out there that really will like jump on you and criticise anything you do. You can’t please everybody.

‘I really just try and take a deep breath, put my phone down or go for a walk if it’s really got to me but I think you just have to rise above it.’

But the TV star admitted she’s found huge positives in social media in her role as a mum, especially when she shared her family’s experience when Sienna was diagnosed with hip dysplasia at three-months-old.

The little one had to spend six weeks in a brace and will continue to have weekly appointments and scans every six months until she is three-years-old.

Millie said she grew emotional when her followers shared their own experiences of the condition.

She also received an outpouring of support after sharing her honest relationship with her post-birth body, admitting she is a stone heavier than when she got pregnant, but she is feeling confident six months after the birth.
