Yet Gabby Allen admitted on Friday that while she has been having a ‘lovely time’ in Dubai with Brandon Myers, she has also been suffering with painful eczema.
The former Love Island star, 28, took to Instagram to share candid pictures of her inflamed skin and said she had been left in tears as she doesn’t know how to ‘fix it’.

Posting a collection of video clips, Gabby said: ‘I just want to know if any of you lot suffer with eczema when you’re away.
‘Obviously I have been having a lovely time and everything looks like hunky-dory but I have been suffering quite badly with my eczema since being here.’
Gabby said that she used to suffer with ‘really bad’ eczema when she was younger and whenever she goes on holiday it always flares up.
The star emotionally said: ‘It’s to the point where I am crying because I don’t know how to fix it!’

Keeping it real: Posting a collection of video clips, Gabby said: ‘Obviously I have been having a lovely time and everything looks like hunky-dory but I have been suffering quite badly with my eczema since being here.’
Gabby said that she has bought some steroid cream from the pharmacy which she will try and will make sure she stays in the shade.
She continued: ‘I know I might sound dramatic and people have worse problems than me, I’m not moaning, I just want to find out what you guys do.’
Gabby said that her eczema is making her feel ‘self conscious’ and that although people probably ‘don’t even notice’, she is thinking: ‘Are people looking at it going, “urgh, what’s that?”‘
The star said that in future she will bring her own detergent with her when she goes on holiday as it is the only possible ‘explanation’.
Eczema is a condition that causes the skin to become itchy, red, dry and cracked. Some people only have small patches of dry skin, but others may experience widespread inflammation.
Eczema’s cause is not fully understood but it can flare up with stress, changing weather, allergies, illness or dry skin. Patients should avoid known triggers for flare ups and use emollients.

Gabby was asked: ‘How did you know you were ready for another relationship after your last one?’
The TV personality responded: ‘I didn’t. It was a slow burner. But this is VERY different to any relationship I’ve been in before.

‘It puts most of my others to shame and I can’t believe what I put up with to how well I am respected and how loved I feel now. It puts everything into perspective when someone treats you right.’
Gabby’s ex-boyfriend Marcel Somerville, who she met on the 2017 series of Love Island, recently sparked outrage from fans after he blamed his split from Gabby on the fact they simply ‘drifted apart’.
The former couple explosively split in 2018 after the former Blazing Squad singer, 31, cheated on the personal trainer while they were on holiday together.
During an appearance on Love Island: What Happened Next, Marcel told his co-star Sam Gowland that their split was ‘just one of those things’.
