Strictly’s Maisie Smith flaunts her legs in mini skirt after Khloe Kardashian praised her pins

She receiving praise from the most unlikely of places when Khloe Kardashian twice commented on her ‘beautiful body’.

And Maisie Smith was sure to flaunt her stunning physique as she put on a leggy display for Strictly: It Takes Two filming on Wednesday.

The finalist, 19, looked sensational as she rocked a leather mini skirt and khaki green jacket while walking towards the studio with a drinks can in her hand. 

Maisie cut a glamorous figure in her trendy skirt which she paired with an off-the-shoulder top which ruched across the chest.

The beauty added a little extra height to her frame with a pair of clear shoes with a pink heel.

She wore her long auburn locks down and gently styled into waves, clipping back her fringe for the TV appearance. 

Adding another layer to her look, Maisie completed her stylish look with a green jacket which she wore hanging off her shoulders. 

During the show Maisie and dancing partner Gorka Marquez reflected on their couples’ choice routine which saw them receive a perfect score of 30.

Gorka joked that he was a little worried at first about doing the routine as he thought he may ‘look like a penguin trying to be cool’. 

He put on a dapper display for the spinoff show, donning a navy suit and crisp white shirt as well as some smart black shoes.

Also seen arriving at the studios on Wednesday was presenter Zoe Ball who kept things low-key in black trousers and a festive top.

It comes after Khloe Kardashian lavished praise on Maisie and her ‘beautiful’ body once again in a sweet tweet this week.

The reality titan, 36, responded to a fan who tweeted about her Instagram comment to Maisie and wrote: ‘Maisie Smith is very high on my list of ‘people who I wouldn’t expect to have @khloekardashian in their Instagram comments’ but I’m here for it.’ 

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star wrote: ‘I don’t know her But that doesn’t mean that we can’t uplift one another. 

‘I would never in my life take my time to post something negative about any1. I will take my time to make someone smile.  

‘Spread love/positivity. She was insecure about her beautiful body, I wanted her 2notB.'(sic)

Maisie and Khloe first crossed paths last week when the actress shared a very candid post discussing her body confidence struggles and revealing how she used to ‘hate’ her legs. 

The surprised Strictly contestant then took to social media on Sunday to share the sweet message she had been left by the reality star.  

Sharing a screenshot of her post and comments, Maisie wrote ‘LOL why am I so gassed’ as she showcased the compliment. 

Khloe had penned: ‘You have the most beautiful legs!!!!! Envy worthy!!! I can not build my legs for the life of me! So I’m drooling over yours… you are gorgeous!!!!!!     

The TV star left her supportive comment an entire seven days after the EastEnders actress shared the collection of images showing her leaving the gym.  

However Maisie was quick to respond to the unexpected reply, simply writing back to Khloe: ‘Thanks chicken x’   

Maisie’s fans were equally taken aback with the lovely yet unexpected support from a reality TV icon, with one person writing: ‘Not the cross over I expected today’.

And another shared their amusement at Maisie’s reply, saying: ‘Dying, you’ve just called Khloe Kardashian chicken. So good.’

Last month Maisie, who is competing on Strictly alongside pro Gorka Marquez, revealed that her time on the dancefloor has taught her to learn to ‘love’ her ‘flaws’.

Taking to Instagram, the star shared five snaps taken from different angles of her leaving the gym in October and explained she worried about ‘cellulite’ on her legs.
