Mary-Kate Olsen has been pictured stepping out of her office in New York City on the same day as her divorce hearing.
On Tuesday, the 34-year-old fashion designer appeared somewhat downcast ahead of the case, involving ex-husband Olivier Sarkozy, 51, with whom she split with in May this year.
The former couple are currently said to be ‘civil’ with each other, and there was a prenuptial agreement in place, but there are still ‘some personal items and properties to be sorted out’ according to Entertainment Tonight.

The pair were expected to have discussed what they will do with their $13.5 million townhouse that they co-own.
The 8,000-square-foot, five-bedroom property boasts a ballroom, seven fireplaces, and a private garage.
DailyMail.com revealed last month that the townhouse has the cryptic words ‘those who lose today will win tomorrow’ written on the 22-foot-high ceiling, among other inscriptions.
Olsen, who is now an entrepreneur who runs her fashion line The Row, reportedly has an ‘ironclad prenup’ meaning her fortune estimated to be around $250m is safe whatever happens during the divorce.

Olsen in particular was noted to be doing well, and was apparently ‘happier than she’s been in a long time.’
The two first met and started their relationship in 2012 before becoming married five years later; the two ended things between them in April.
Sarkozy was previously married to writer Charlotte Bernard between 1999 and 2011; the former couple share two children.
Olsen had been linked to artist Nate Lowman and David Katzenberg, son of former Dreamworks head Jeffrey Katzenberg, in the past.

For her outing on Tuesday, the former actress was seen wearing a strictly black ensemble consisting of a large trench coat, tight pants, and a pair of high-top boots.
The businesswoman accessorized with a black handbag and a few silver rings on her right hand; she also carried a number of books under her arm as she left the office.
To keep herself safe from the recent rise in COVID-19 cases nationwide, Olsen wore a black face mask as she took to the city streets.
