Former Married At First Sight star Sam Ball shows off his buff physique and insane back muscles as he reveals that he’s ‘in such a positive place’ after a number of health issues
Sam Ball recently returned to social media after doing a six-month digital detox.
And on Monday, the controversial Married At First Sight star showed off his buff physique on Instagram.
The 27-year-old shared a photo of himself with his muscular back turned to the camera as he looked out on a paddock of his Byron Bay farm.

‘I’m home and damn it feels good,’ the former groom declared in the caption.
‘Just finished a solid farm session, which separated the men from the boys and it hit me… I’m in such a positive place, mentally, spirituality and physically.’
He revealed that after a number of health issues, including ‘hand surgery, going blind, bleeding out and almost dying from getting impaled’, he is now healthy and injury free.
‘I have a beautiful family who love me and a circle of friends and loved ones that can’t be broken. No baggage, no drama and no negative influences what so ever.’

Reflecting on life: He continued, ‘I’ve made mistakes and have learnt from all of them creating a man that will look you in the eyes and give you the best version I can of myself in every aspect possible’

Sam wrote that he is thankful for all he has in his life and takes pride in being selfless. ‘Life’s good bring on 2021,’ he added.

He retreated from the public eye in May, when he abruptly deleted his Instagram but eventually returning on November 8, debuting his new bald look.
Daily Mail Australia later revealed that Sam had joined the Army and had graduated from the Kapooka Army Recruit Training program.
Sam received the Most Outstanding Soldier award upon graduating the course.
