Phoebe Burgess revealed her spinal surgery a week ago.
And on Saturday, the 31-year-old former WAG proved it couldn’t keep her down as she grabbed a pick-me-up in Woollahra, Sydney.
Bowral-based Phoebe lightly strolled to the shop and back as she picked up ice-cold drinks and carried them in a tray.

The Specsavers style ambassador didn’t appear to make much small talk as she quickly breezed back to the car.
The former WAG kept her look glam by wearing a striped blue-and-white shirt which she wore partially unbuttoned.
She paired the shirt with white, three-quarter length cargo shorts. She finished the look with a pair of leather scandals.

Last Sunday, Phoebe told Instagram fans that she was ‘sneaking in some major rest and recovery’ at her family’s Bowral estate, following day surgery.
The former NRL WAG posted a photo of herself in a hospital gown to her Stories, prior to a procedure on Saturday to help gain relief from her muscle spasms.
Remaining upbeat, the mother-of-two wrote: ‘It’s day two following yet another procedure to get some relief from the muscle spasms associated with spinal injuries (in time for the heavy lifting of holiday season).’

Phoebe also shared a photo to her Instagram Stories from day surgery, taken on Saturday.
The lifestyle entrepreneur wore a hospital gown and cap, and appeared in a positive frame of mind, smiling for the camera.
In October, Phoebe admitted in an Instagram post that it’s taken her ‘years’ to accept her diagnosis, with her suffering chronic back pain.

Phoebe revealed that her first surgery was in 2012 after a skiing accident ‘that changed her spine forever’.
Phoebe is the ex-wife of former NRL South Sydney Rabbitohs player Sam Burgess, 31.
The former couple finalised their divorce in April this year.
They share two children, daughter Poppy, three, and son Billy, one.
