Regina Hall posts a hilarious and NSFW song on the occasion of her 50th birthday

She’s celebrating her special day the best way she knows how: with a lot of laughter and a little bit of help from her friends.

Actress and producer Regina Hall marked her 50th birthday on Saturday with an uproarious homemade song and music video posted to her Instagram.

The Girls Trip star started things off by coming into her living room in the morning and checking the thermostat while singing a song she wrote that featured the refrain, ‘A b**ch is is old, today! 

‘I passed half my life expectancy!’ Regina continued, singing the song a cappella, interspersed with claps. 

Regina looked gorgeous and fresh-faced as she crooned, backed by vocals from her friends.

Hall was also seen in the clip meditating on a pile of rocks, sitting on her couch with a glass of wine, and in the pool with her gal pals. 

She could also be seen jumping on a trampoline in a black tank top that said ‘Fit happens’ and taking supplements at the kitchen sink. 

Some of the verses of Regina’s song were slightly NSFW, with ‘shout-outs’ to her old, young, pretty and ‘not so pretty b**ches’.

But, she managed to end the duty on a high note: ‘I made it l here gracefully’.

In the caption, she wrote, ‘Because laughter keeps you forever young I wrote a special song for a special Birthday.’

She then went on to thank a group of friends who helped make the hilarious clip.

And indeed, Regina has a lot to celebrate.

Last month, it was announced that the Scary Movie actress signed a six-picture deal with ViacomCBS.

What’s more, Hall also recently secured a first-look deal with Showtime, another Viacom company.

She will next be seen in the highly anticipated Hulu miniseries Nine Perfect Strangers, alongside Melissa McCarthy, Nicole Kidman and many others.
