MasterChef star Courtney Roulston first announced her engagement to long-term partner Sophie King in 2014.

And on Wednesday, the couple walked their pet dogs at Sydney’s Coogee Beach.

The pair engaged in conversation as they walked barefoot along the promenade.

Courtney looked to have gone for a swim in the ocean, having draped a striped beach towel around her frame.

Her short blonde locks flowed in the breeze, and she concealed her gaze behind trendy sunglasses.

Meanwhile, Sophie cut a casual figure in a black long-sleeved top and shorts, which she teamed with a black Adidas cap and round-rimmed sunglasses.

She slung a striped tote bag over one shoulder, and like Courtney, allowed her blonde tresses to fall effortlessly around her face.

Courtney first announced her engagement to Sophie in 2014, after Sophie popped the question while on a trip in Byron Bay, New South Wales.

While appearing on MasterChef Back To Win earlier this year, Courtney drew attention to her stunning engagement ring.

The chef and TV presenter’s prized bling, by Fowler and Oldfield Ltd Diamond Merchants, features a vintage cushion-cut emerald stone, surrounded by halo diamonds.

A thin band also allows the gemstone and diamonds to take centre stage.

In April, Courtney discussed her wedding plans in an interview with The Daily Telegraph

The caterer revealed she wanted a ‘big party’ for her special day, having never dreamed of an ‘elaborate’ wedding.

She explained: ‘I want something that is enjoyable, some really good food and some good friends. A wedding should just be a big party.

‘I don’t want a $20,000 wedding dress or any of that stuff. I am pretty old school.’
