She is proud mother to Ava, 13, Hero, nine, and son Apollo, 16 months.

And Myleene Klass admitted she was ‘stopped in her tracks’ by the wisdom of her youngest daughter on Thursday night.

The presenter, 42, explained how Hero was upset at the thought of flying the nest in the future, but quoted novelist Virginia Woolf: ‘I’m rooted, but I flow’.

Woolf was one of the pioneers in the 20th century of using stream of consciousness as a narrative device.

Myleene wrote on Instagram: ‘Hero stopped me in my tracks tonight. We were chatting and she got upset about how children have to grow up and one day, leave.

‘I told her “I want you to go out there, have adventures, but remember to come home where Mama always is”.

“Oh, you mean like Virginia Woolf, I’m rooted, but I flow”. She’s 9. And she gets it.’

Earlier this week, the presenter took to Instagram to share a video alongside her daughter Ava and her pro ice skating partner Lukasz Rozycki, during Dancing On Ice rehearsals.

Myleene and Ava both looked at the camera and did head stands together before Lukasz walked past the camera on his hands and did a split, much to Myleene’s delight as she could be heard laughing behind him.

Determined to follow suit, she said ‘oh god’ before starting to do the splits while still holding herself up with her hands.

Myleene held the position without faltering as Ava said she wanted to do the same thing but was worried she’d hit her with her leg, and then successfully tried it out.

She recently admitted that she is struggling with skating practice, and is feeling ‘dishevelled’, after learning some of her celebrity co-stars are already learning to jump.

Myleene also urged her followers not to ‘put their money’ on her.

The show doesn’t start until the new year but all contestants get in a few months of training beforehand.
